I was one of the several winners of complimentary tickets from
nestdesignstudio and was so thrilled to be able to capture the popular Baby & Toddler show. The weather was perfect, a little bit on the warm side but with a lovely breeze, I ventured to the show on the Saturday with my husband, we entered the doors before midday & were greeted by the buzz of the crowd. Quickly we located a map & started our journey weaving through the crowds & admiring all the stands along the way, our eye's fell upon Bugaboo (the pram we are dreaming about when we start to try for a baby) and my eyes fell upon the
Bugaboo Cameleon 3rd Avenue Edition, it is just so divine, the herringbone pattern & that gorgeous grey fabric is just so classy. It was certainly a popular with the couples. We then went to the Pram Trial Track and decided to test out the Bugaboo Cameleon 3, I really love how it maneuvers, its like a fancy car to me. Venturing around there were pretty faeries about face painting, cute little car tracks for the kiddies & a pile of Lego that I wanted to be creative in. I spotted
Bukowski Bears, and cooed over the adorable bears & plush's, Charismatic Cornelia has to be my favorite. Anything organic & eco friendly grabs my attention so
Eco Store,
Mini Macro and
Little Bud Organics took it all, in the future I want to give my children healthy food options, and a better way of living really. There were a lot of adorable little fashion labels about at the show, many tutu's, floral's, bright colors, dresses and anything else cute,
Oobi Clothing was an eye catcher with their beautiful clothing designs & stunning prints. As we were walking around I saw something I had been dying to see all day, as a budding interior designer I almost screamed out loud when I spotted
Incy Interiors and their gorgeous cots, I really did get excited, my husband looked at me weirdly, but how could I not! I adore the cots & really want to purchase one (for future references).
Bambooty, stole my attention as well, I think I will be using reusable nappies when the times comes & I have to admit finding the choice brand is the hardest thing, I have my top five & Bambooty is up there, their designs are just joyous & cute, I love the range of prints they have too offer & how easy they are too use. Anything with foxes steals my heart and
Apple & Mint have just that, lunch packs & back packs with quirky designs on them. Who doesn't love that!
Overall the Baby and Toddler Show was exceedingly well thought out, the vendors & exhibitionists were in exceptionally placed & informed on their products and I will certainly be coming back next year, hopefully with a little bubba of my own.
