Little Designs

The two design boards are a little playful, a little colorful and imaginative.

I wanted to do something different to the usual nursery or big kids room

so I thought I would do a bedroom/playroom design.

One day I would love for my kids to have their bedroom and playroom

in the same room just like on the film Peter Pan.

(which by the way is my all time fave children's film)

I mean who doesn't want a Juliette balcony in their nursery or kids room! 

So the first design board is for a boy.

as well as the adorable yeti armchair & the garland

The little red lion cushion is from This Modern Life

and the yummy playful ice cream wall art is from Hello Yellow Store

The second design board is for a sweet girl.

The pink cute cushion and storage wall decor house is from Cotton On Kids

and so is the sweet light blue pouf.

Woodland Springtime

So the sun is finally out after a pretty dull start to the week.

I simply can't resist standing in the sun whilst my dogs lounge around by my feet.

Bliss.

Inspired by the bouts of springtime (and not the copious amounts of insects)

This is some simple sweet essentials for a woodsie springtime nursery.

The drop dead gorgeous, get-in-my-hands wallpaper is from Anthropologie,

now and again I find myself literally drooling over the stunning products on their website.

Certainly check it out.

The soft fluffy rug is from Land of Nod.

I feel in love with Land of Nod's quirkiness and wish they would open a store in Australia. 

The crib is of course the Sparrow Crib from OUEF.

One day I shall own one and it shall live in a beautiful white scandi nursery.

The divine hand painted rabbit is an Etsy find and is by Amber Alexander.

Another etsy find is the little booties by Cowrice

The delightfully fun-to-decorate wall house is from Olli Ella.

Simply loving this room design. 

The confetti wallpaper from Love Mae is perfectly fun 

and is truly complimented by the lovely bright beds from Land Of Nod

The amazing artworks are by a Canadian Artist by the name of Helen Dardik and can be purchased at The Pippa and Ike Show.

The "Sweet Dreams" garland is from Ladedah Kids and so is the Rabbit crochet wall decor.

I have no idea how anyone can just choose one! They are so beautiful.

So I have been wanting to escape from the monochrome designs I have been doing,

so I have decided to add a little bit of wildness & color to this design.

It still has the basis of a monochrome design but the lovely bright beds from Land Of Nod really 

POP! in the space and also bring out the forest mushroom's in the wallpaper by Love Mae.

I love bringing anything Scandinavian into the mix so of course I have bedding from By Nord 

I have admired their bedding for sometime know and cannot wait to purchase from them in the future.

The wall hooks and the side table are also from Land Of Nod.

The grey pouf and cross beanbag is from Ladedah Kids

The Holga cushion is by Naked Lunge

and the fern tree cushion is by Fine Little Day and can be bought from The Pippa and Ike Show
